Budokon

• First off, for those of you who didn't see Saturday Night Live last night, Amy Poehler's "Weekend Update" monologue about Britney Spears' Lambrogini slip was hilarious as she got off on tangents like the wonders of a woman's "lady garden."
• I saw this on CNN and was completely blown away by it. It's called Budokon, and it's a yoga hybrid that integrates martial arts, meditation, and holistic healing.
