“The Rev. Aaron McCullough didn't beat around the bush: Georgia lawmakers who vote for a bill which would pave the way for the sale of alcohol on Sunday will have "blood on their hands" if a fatal accident results from a six-pack purchased on the Sabbath.” (Access North Georgia)Interestingly, Friday is the Sabbath for the Jewish faith and yet no complaints from them for selling on Friday. Why the issue for Sunday? Even more peculiar, what say does religion have in government. I mean, don’t we have something called separation of church and state? Oh, I see. We’re in the Bible belt. But Jewish people and other faiths don’t count. I see.
