- Hip irritated and low-left abdominal pain Friday into Saturday. Resolution to stop drinking and smoking.
- Missus out with friends Friday night.
- Overheard more layoffs at work. Who's next in line? Getting all my ducks in a row for whatever may come.
- Left foot still painful on any walk lasting 10+ minutes... going on 3-weeks now. Fracture? Domino effect of hip joint, knee and ankle? Frustrating and depressing.
